Squish Nook accepts returns or refund claims only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Email squishnookhelp@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos as soon as you notice an issue. We will review your claim and provide instructions for a replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning an item; do not ship returns to a supplier without our instructions.

This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
